I'm sure there's some mistakes and I couldn't make everything out. But still, I think 
pretty accurate.

You'll want to use a distortion/muff pedal for this one.
I use a bass big muff with both tone and sustain very high.

Intro is a bunch of noise. With some tremelo/echo or something like it.
Sounds like he just touches the G string slightly with distortion.
